About Nesta

Nesta is a trustworthy, modern accommodation marketplace — connecting guests with B&Bs, guest houses, lodges and more, with an architecture designed to support hosts and guests anywhere in the world.

Listing a property is always free for hosts, who set their own price — the guest is always charged exactly that amount, with nothing added on top. Nesta takes a 10% commission out of the host's payout only when a booking completes. As a launch promotion, Nesta processes no payment at all for the platform's first 100 bookings — those are confirmed immediately, and the guest pays the host directly (cash or card) on arrival, with no commission taken.

Every booking is protected end to end: outside the launch promo, payments are confirmed only by a verified payment provider; a property's exact address stays private until a booking is confirmed; and double-booking is prevented at the database level. Verified Host, ID Verified, and Verified Property badges each reflect a distinct, manually-reviewed check — never a self-reported claim.
