Guest Terms

These terms apply specifically to booking a property on Nesta, in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Booking and payment

The total you pay is the host's price plus a flat USD $1.00 platform fee, shown in full before you pay. A booking is confirmed only once payment is verified by our payment provider — a message or informal agreement outside the booking flow is not a confirmed booking and is not protected by these terms.

Location privacy

Before you book, a listing shows only an approximate, randomized location — never the exact address. The exact address, coordinates, and any access instructions are shared with you only once your booking for that property is both paid and confirmed.

Cancelling a booking

You can cancel a pending or confirmed booking yourself from your trips. What refund, if any, you receive depends on the listing's cancellation policy — see Refunds and Cancellation.

Reviews

You may leave a review after a completed stay. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience.

Conduct

Follow the property's house rules (shown on the listing) and the Community Guidelines. If a host or listing behaves in a way that concerns you, use the report control on the listing, review, or message — our team reviews every report.

What Nesta doesn't guarantee

Nesta does not itself own or manage listed properties and does not guarantee a property's condition beyond what its specific verification badges (where present) actually reflect.
